Packing Information
1. Packing contents: solar camera*1, screw kit*1, USB cable*1, user manual*1, battery*6(optional).
2. Standard color box package for sample order and neutral bulk order.
3. Measurements: giftbox: 290*200*172MM; Carton size: 61.5*30*36CM, 6pcs/ CTNS, 12.5KGS/CTNS
4. OEM brand color box is acceptable, we'll provide the die-cut layout design.
5. Delivery Date: 3 days for samples, 7 days for nuetral bulk order, and 15~20 working days for OEM order.
6. Shipping Method: Airline shipping to local airport, courier door to door, ocean shipping.
Q1. About the lead time?
For sample order, it takes 3-5 days by DHL. For bulk products less than 3000 pcs, it will take 10-20 days, depending on shipping way. 1 piece for sample testing is also welcome.
Q2. I don't like your standard colors. Can I choose any color for the housings?
Yes, you can choose different colors you like, but there is extra cost; MOQ is 2000 PCS.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
For sample order, there is no MOQ. But we suggest you to get 3-5 pcs to make yourself impression about the average quality. For bulk order, if you need customized products and package, MOQ is 1000 pcs;
Q4. Can I have a sample before sending you formal order?
Yes, samples can be sent for your checking at any time, but the freight will be on your treat.
Q5. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Western Union, T/T, Paypal. Payment terms: 30% T/T as deposit for bulk order, and 70% balance before shipment, other terms are acceptable and can be talked.
